Anyone who has served in the military will find this book to be an excellent resource when dealing with the unique challenges of a military family, such as the pain of multiple deployments.  "Living Life As A Joyful Being: be ready for whatever life brings!"  provides the soldier with a clear path for introspection and an understanding of the dynamics of relationships with loved ones,  And if Jangdhari's roadmap for life is a " difference maker" for the reader, then it is far more than a good read; it's compelling.

Dear Joy,

I sat next to you at a LipoScience dinner in Chicago during ACC last month and I just wanted to thank you for giving me a copy of your WONDERFUL book "Living "Life As A Joyful Being: be ready for whatever life brings!"

It is REALLY GOOD! Though some of the concepts weren't new to me, others were, and the way you put things together was indeed helpful.  It was a "good read" for me and I found it helpful personally.  I will indeed recommended it to friends/ colleagues and feel blessed to have had the chance to meet you and learn of your work.

Review by Dr. Carol K Psaros

In fifteen insightful chapters, Joy Jangdhari gives sage advice about how each of us can be ready for whatever life brings.  Her book,

"Living Life As A Joyful Being: be ready for whatever life brings!"

Teaches the practice of looking within while staying in the present moment and artfully letting go of all the "bad news" tapes.  Jangdhari coaches the reader on how to react when emotional buttons are pushed, and she gives great guidance for the climb we all make up our emotional hills.  The book's strength is it's cheerful clear style, epitomized by the playful stick figures on the cover and introducing each chapter,  Less is more in this case, and while it's simple to be happy, it's difficult to be simple language she makes abstract processes  such as introspective, mechanics of the mind, visualization and integrity become concrete and easily understood.  I recommend this delightful treasure as essential reading for anyone seeking love, patience, and clarity in life... the qualities Jangdhari highlights in the books's Preface.  Reading the book and applying it will be a Joy.

PSYCHOLOGIST, DONNA FERRARO, Said she has attend Joy Jangdhariari workshops in the past and was pleased with the techniques taught during the workshop.  " I's really helpful because it teaches your techniques you can use at a later time and helps you to alleviate "stress" she said.  " The nice thing about the workshop is that there are three components, and there was an educational component and a relaxation component at the end."  I really feel like I gained a lot from it.  I highly recommend Joy's seminar to anyone and everyone!
